The nine steps (your daily craft)

Intake. Ask: What does the business do? Who are the clients (UAE market or abroad)? Who are the owners (people or companies)? Does the owner need a visa? Expected turnover? Write everything into the system.
Jurisdiction check. Free zone (our home — Meydan) for consulting/IT/online/international trade; mainland for shops, restaurants, tenders, local market; offshore only for holding assets. Not sure → ask your senior, do not guess.
Activity check. Free activity → proceed. Regulated (finance, medical, part of media…) → flag to senior: Pre-approval path, longer timeline.
Proposal. Package price from the current price list + government fees separately (at cost). Get the client's YES and payment before any government filing.
Collect documents (next lesson's checklist). Check every passport date. Bad scans = delays; ask for good ones immediately.
File. Name reservation → application → license + MOA/AOA + lease → Establishment Card. Update the client at every step without being asked.
Register obligations. Corporate Tax registration (everyone, deadline!), VAT if turnover requires, UBO register. Not optional — fines are automatic (late CT registration: AED 10,000).
Hand over + bridge to care. Full folder to the client (license, MOA, Establishment Card). Then the bridge: «Your license renews every year, CT filing is due …, we track all dates — this is our ongoing care.» Pass the client to Divisions 2/3/4.
Dates into the system. License renewal, tax deadlines, card expiry — the moment you learn them. Heads forget; systems do not.
